- optimize the content of our website,
- ensure the functionality of our IT systems and the technology of our website, and
- provide law enforcement authorities with the necessary information for prosecution.
These anonymously collected data and information are evaluated by Ospa purely for statistical purposes and with the aim of increasing data security within our company, ultimately to ensure an optimal level of protection for the personal data we process. The anonymous data from the server log files are stored separately from any personal data provided by an individual.

Google Tag Manager
Google Tag Manager is a solution that allows us to manage website tags through a single interface (e.g., to integrate Google Analytics and other Google marketing services into our online offering). The Tag Manager itself (which implements the tags) does not process any personal data of users. For the processing of users’ personal data, please refer to the following information regarding Google services. Usage policies: https://www.google.com/intl/de/tagmanager/use-policy.html.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). Google uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the online offering by users is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate the use of our online offering by users, to compile reports on activities within this online offering, and to provide us with other services related to the use of this online offering and internet usage. Pseudonymous usage profiles of the users can be created from the processed data. We use Google Analytics only with activated IP anonymization. This means that the IP address of users is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
The IP address transmitted by the user’s browser will not be merged with other data from Google. Users can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting their browser software settings accordingly; users can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie related to their use of the online offering to Google, as well as the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.
If we ask users for consent (e.g., within the scope of cookie consent), the legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. Otherwise, the personal data of the users is processed based on our legitimate interests (i.e., interest in the analysis, optimization, and economic operation of our online offering within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR).
The following categories of data are processed:
- Customer data
Data processing is carried out for the purpose of maintaining customer relationships - Suppliers
Data processing is carried out for the purpose of maintaining supplier relationships - Personnel/Applicants

The data you provide will be stored and processed for the specified purposes based on Article 6(1) sentence 1 letter b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Article 6(1) sentence 1 letter a) GDPR in conjunction with Article 7 GDPR.
Privacy notice for the application process
We process applicant data solely for the purpose of and within the scope of the application process in accordance with legal requirements. The processing of applicant data is carried out to fulfill our (pre)contractual obligations within the framework of the application process as per Article 6(1) lit. b GDPR and Article 6(1) lit. f GDPR if data processing becomes necessary for us, for example, in the context of legal proceedings (additionally, § 26 BDSG applies in Germany).

However, liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which a specific legal infringement becomes known. Upon becoming aware of such legal infringements, we will promptly remove the offending content.
Liability for links
Our offer contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking.
