What has been a matter of course for us for decades has now been honoured, for a second time in a row: Ospa has been awarded the coveted PLUS X AWARD, the world's leading innovation prize for technology, for "Highest customer satisfaction 2023".

For us, customer satisfaction means accompanying our customers from the initial consultation through planning, the construction phase and commissioning, and being available to answer any questions they may have. Furthermore, we offer excellent service after commissioning through our factory customer service. On request, we monitor the systems by remote maintenance and take care of all necessary work, fully automatically and completely worry-free for our customers.

Ospa is Europe's leading system manufacturer of water treatment systems for private and public pools. As a family-owned company with international activities, we have 190 employees, with 19 technical advisors and 34 customer service technicians working regionally for our customers on a daily basis. More than 68,000 swimming pools and luxury pools are already equipped with our water treatment systems – and the number is growing every day.

We are the only manufacturer in the industry to develop and produce all the components for our water treatment systems in Germany, thus creating outstanding quality that we back up with our customer service.
