Durable and versatile Ospa overflow drain fittings

Ospa’s overflow drain fittings are crafted with a 310 × 180 mm channel box made of high-quality PVC and are designed for installation in overflow channels. They include a masonry collar made of EPDM and a wide flange compatible with adhesive sealing systems.

The drain fittings are available in various lengths and feature DN 70 or DN 100 outlet pipes, either vertically aligned or angled at 45°.

Complementary components include stainless steel V4A flange sets and polished stainless steel V4A sieve cover plates.

Round or square Ospa jet returns

Ospa jet inlets (4- or 6-jet options) and inlet nozzles are available with either round or square covers. The covers are made from high-quality white ABS or stainless steel V4A and are offered in flat or flush-to-tile designs.

With a variety of configurations, Ospa provides the perfect inlet nozzles for every pool type.

OSPA INLET NOZZLES
Base element with G 2 external thread, 80 mm long, for screwing into an Ospa wall conduit pipe.

OSPA COVER PLATE
Plastic version for covering the Rp 2 wall flange when using an inlet nozzle or jet inlet.

OSPA JET INLETS
Base element with G 2 external thread, 80 mm long, for screwing into an Ospa floor inlet angle. Jet insert with diagonal and vertical inlet jets.

Wall conduits are available in various designs and lengths to suit different pool types.

PVC UNI-K
Made of high-quality PVC with a wide sealing/adhesive flange and counter flange. Double-sided with Rp 2 internal threading. Includes a metal wall-sealing flange.

PVC UNI
Specifically designed for exposed concrete pools.

PVC Rp 2
For prefabricated pools with flange rings, V4A countersunk screws, and EPDM seals. Pool-facing side features an Rp 2 internal thread. External connection includes adhesive socket d 63/gluing nipple d 75.

UNI-K PE/PVC d 20
Designed for measurement water extraction, also suitable for flush installation. Features a wide flange for adhesive sealing systems and threads for attaching a counter flange for liner or prefabricated pools. Also available for exposed concrete pools. Internal threading for connecting the measurement water prefabricated component. PE pipe d 20 with a step offset of 500 mm for wall thicknesses of 240/300 mm. Connection at the outer pool wall: R1. Includes a mounting plate for nailing to the shuttering for concrete pools.
(At least two required for direct measurement water extraction from the pool.)

Complete versatility Ospa bottom floor returns

Whether for concrete, stainless steel, liner, or prefabricated pools, Ospa offers a wide range of bottom floor returns for the vertical circulation of public swimming pools. All models come with a metal wall-sealing flange, pool-side Rp 2 thread, and d 63 adhesive socket connection. Ospa bottom floor returns are crafted from high-quality materials.

Whether for embedding, welding, or sealing – Ospa always has the perfect solution.

PVC UNI-K
This model features a wide sealing/adhesive flange and counter flange. It is also available with a spacer piece.

The PVC U model comes with a counter flange for easy installation.

PVC with an adhesive flange
Designed with an adhesive flange, this model is ideal for use with adhesive sealing systems.

PVC without a flange
Perfectly suited for use in exposed concrete pools, this model is designed without a flange.

Universally applicable Ospa bottom drain UNI

The Ospa bottom drain is made of high-quality plastic and is universally applicable. Its anti-vortex cover is crafted from polished stainless steel V4A.

Designed for exposed concrete pools, it includes a counter flange, a metal wall-sealing flange, and a d 63 adhesive socket connection.

UNI-K
Specifically for liner or prefabricated pools, this version features a wide sealing/adhesive flange, a counter flange, a metal wall-sealing flange, and a d 63 adhesive socket connection.
