Ospa’s plate heat exchangers are specifically designed for use with low-temperature heating systems, heat pumps, and solar panels. They also allow for the recovery of heat from filter backwash water, efficiently heating fresh pool water in the process.

Customised control

With Ospa BlueControl®, you can easily and individually manage water temperature and adjust pool heating schedules to suit your needs.

Maximum safety

The pool water heaters are equipped with a motorized three-way valve with spring return. This ensures safe operation, preventing uncontrolled overheating even in the event of a power outage.

Ospa plate heat exchanger

A bolted plate heat exchanger made from stainless steel or titanium with profiled heat exchanger plates. The plates are counter-flow configured for maximum efficiency. Ideal for use with low-temperature heating systems and heat pumps.

  • Performance range: 4.8 – 120.3 kW (depending on heating input and pool water temperature)
  • Stainless steel options: 40 kW to 120 kW
  • Titanium options: 70 kW to 120 kW
  • Control options: Available with pump or valve control

Ospa electric pool water heater

A heat exchanger with a stainless steel housing and finned tube heating bundle made from a special alloy for optimal heat transfer.

  • Flow rate: 10 – 24 m³/h
  • Rated voltage: 400 V three-phase
  • Rated current consumption: 18 kW
  • Control options: Available with or without an electronic temperature regulator
  • Integration: Can be controlled via Ospa BlueControl®
